Project Manager – Power Generation & Delivery

Location: Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY, Chattonoga, TN, or Brentwood, TN

Schedule:Full-time

Contract Type: ong-term opportunity

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Project Managerto lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in both client-facing and technical environments, and who is ready to take ownership from pre-positioning through project close-out.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead single or multidiscipline teams through all phases of project execution
  • Manage multiple small to medium projects or oversee large-scale initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development efforts
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and deliverables to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution
  • Facilitate design and production meetings, and oversee QA/QC procedures
  • Monitor financial performance and collaborate with leadership on project reviews
  • Drive document development and ensure traceable, verifiable, and complete records

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 7+ years of engineering experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification
  • Experience in thermal generation, hydropower, or demolition projects
  • Background in utility-scale power generation
