Job Title: Civil Construction Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Project Manager to oversee projects from award to completion. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining a high level of organization to meet critical deadlines. As the primary liaison between the company and the project owner's representatives, you will play a key role in fostering and developing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award to completion.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and project owners.
- Promote a safe work environment for each project.
- Update weekly and monthly project schedules.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the estimating/project management team.
Essential Skills
- 7 years of experience in construction management, civil construction, and project management.
- Experience in managing civil projects such as site work, roadways, and dirt work.
- Proficiency in handling change orders and civil engineering design.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and Procore software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- A degree in Civil or Construction Management is a plus.
- 8 years of project management experience preferred, but candidates with 5+ years will be considered.
- Experience in estimating is a plus.
Work Environment
The work environment includes both office settings and project sites, with all projects located within 1-1.5 hours of Louisville. You will manage 3-4 projects at a time, varying in value, and work alongside a team of 3 Project Managers and 2 Estimators. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
