Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients caregivers and providers.
- Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
- Provide accurate information to the caller.
- Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
- Resolve the callers needs.
- Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
- Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
Job Requirements/Previous Experience:
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience desired
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
- Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required within the first 30 days of employment.
Work Schedule: Ex: M-F 8am-5pm - TBD
Is this Remote/Hybrid/Onsite?: Hybrid
Work Schedule: Days Time : Monday-Friday TBD - 8am-8pm
Work location Type: Hybrid
Must live within 100 miles of the office.
Must have reliable transportation in the event may return to office.
Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment at the contractors expense.
