Description
We are looking to hire an executive administrative assistant/ Marketing Administrator position. This position will support the marketing team for the commercial real estate environment. In this role and individual will answer phone calls, provide face-to-face customer service, assist with excel documents, typing proposals and power point presentations.
• Manage office functions including maintaining supplies, IT/telephone vendor management, daily mail and light telephone coverage for an office of 15 people
• Provide administrative support to the President for correspondence, reports and contracts
• Perform other administrative tasks including expense reports, updating client data base, filing, and greeting visitors in a professional manner
• Support brokers with marketing presentations, proposals, brochures, flyers, signs, etc.
• Enhance social media presence and maintain website content

Administrative assistance, Administrative support, office administration, Outlook, Microsoft, Front desk, Customer service, social media marketing, Clerical, Data entry, filing copying, writing and editing skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 3-5 years of strong administrative support experience in a corporate environment
• Solid knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (working knowledge of Access desirable)
• Professional and courteous customer service demeanor
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Must be able to take initiative, self-direct and be resourceful
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Minimum high school diploma
- Comfortable giving presentations in front of clients and customers
