Collections Supervisor

TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Service/Collections Supervisor to work with a well-known credit reporting agency in the Louisville, KY area. • Pay: $18.00-$21.00/hour
• Shift: 8:30am-5:30pm (M-F)
• Office is located in downtown Louisville, KY area
  • Do not have to pay for parking/has designated parking area

Job Description:

• Partner with 2 other Collections Supervisors to over see a team of 15-20 Collections Specialists
• Help manage the day-to-day tasks of the team
• Assist with interviewing and training new hires
• Handle escalated phone calls as needed
• Coach employees and provide feedback during 1-on-1 meetings

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of call center/customer service Team Lead or Supervisor experience
• Banking/financial industry is preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in-office M-F
