Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Operator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing press line operations. This role involves operating large printing equipment in a clean, temperature-controlled facility, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery
• Set up and adjust equipment for production runs
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain production logs and quality standards
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet production goals
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in press or machine operation
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work night shifts and occasional overtime
• Comfortable working in an environment with adhesive smells
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

Direct placement- benefits day 1
