Pay: $23 - $28 an hour

Shift: 1st and 3rd shift

Signing Bonus: $1200

Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join a growing solar‑panel manufacturing operation as machine operators, where employees will learn to run automated production equipment, follow quality‑control procedures, and support high‑efficiency manufacturing processes. New hires will participate in a fully sponsored 2–3 month technical training program in China, working directly with experienced engineers to gain hands‑on experience in solar‑panel assembly, machine operation, safety protocols, and troubleshooting. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn advanced manufacturing skills, travel internationally for training, and build a long‑term career in the clean‑energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production equipment used in solar‑panel manufacturing
• Monitor machines throughout the shift to ensure consistent quality and output
• Enter production data accurately into computer systems
• Follow all safety procedures and quality‑control standards
• Perform basic machine adjustments and communicate issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in a temperature‑controlled environment
• Stand for the duration of a 12‑hour shift and work independently when required
• Participate in a 2–3 month technical training program in China to learn equipment operation and production processes

Essential Skills

• 2+ year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to enter data into a computer system
• Ability to work independently

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in production, machine operating, and manufacturing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Training will be provided on the machinery

Work Environment

The work environment is very clean and temperature-controlled, featuring large printing presses. You will work both independently and as part of a team. The schedule includes 12-hour shifts, from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM or 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM, 6 days a week.

This is a Permanent position based out of Shelbyville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
