We’re hiring a Pharmacist in Charge to support a fast-growing pharmacy that’s redefining patient engagement. You’ll be the voice patients trust, the guide clinicians rely on, and the heartbeat of a high-performing pharmacy team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operations
• Conduct deep-dive clinical reviews: drug utilization, interactions, compliance, and more
• Document findings to keep nursing teams informed and aligned
• Counsel patients on new therapies using evidence-based models
• Complete REMS training and follow program SOPs
• Coordinate care with clinicians, nurses, and caregivers
• Provide subcutaneous teaching and support for patients
• Build lasting relationships with patients and healthcare teams

What You Bring

• Active Kentucky pharmacist license (required)
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure upon hire
• 2+ years of experience counseling patients and verifying prescriptions
• Experience in retail, independent, or hospital pharmacy
• Strong grasp of pharmacy laws and healthcare operations

The Details

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10 AM–7 PM CST
• Saturdays: 8–10 per year, 8 AM–5 PM (with a weekday off in exchange)
• Type: Full-time, Contract-to-Hire
• Location: Onsite in Shepherdsville, KY
