Job Summary:
The Sales Enablement Associate is responsible for coaching, developing and supporting sales reps and Managers, responsible for retaining customers and new business growth. The Sales Enablement Associate will provide this coaching and support through the delivery of high-impact training that equips sales professionals with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to succeed. This role facilitates engaging sales skills workshops, leads new hire onboarding programs, and provides ongoing training on sales processes, methodologies, and tools. By focusing on practical application and driving measurable behavior change, the Sales Enablement Associate ensures that sales teams are prepared to meet business objectives, accelerate ramp time, and consistently improve sales performance across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support corporate and market area initiatives through a commitment to not just transferring knowledge but
reinforcing skills through coaching, feedback, and practical application that results in measurable performance
improvement.
• Track learner participation and feedback to improve delivery effectiveness
• Act as a feedback loop between the field and the broader enablement team
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Enablement Specialists to optimize training materials and delivery
methods
• Support localization or tailoring of training content based on team needs
• Facilitate in-person and virtual sales training sessions for new hire onboarding, ongoing skills development,
change launches, and tools training
• Provide real-time support for sellers navigating new tools, processes, or messaging
• Collaborate with delivery leadership teams to ensure consistent execution of delivery standards defined within
the L&LD standard operating procedures
• Offer guidance and constructive feedback during Train - the -Trainer events to team members, fellow Learning & Leadership Development trainers and Area Sales Trainers ensuring they understand and effectively deliver the program as designed.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment to ensure a positive learning experience for all
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (accredited) Preferred or High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
Required Work Experience:
2 years of supervisory experience either as a supervisor or in a delegated team lead role required and
3 years delivering sales training to adult learners in a variety of learning methods in a call center and field-based sales environment required.
Must live and work in the U.S.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $80,850 - $118,460. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
