CDL Garbage Truck Driver - Leesville, LA
Starting Pay: $20/hour
Pay Schedule: Every Friday - no waiting around.
Overtime: Anything over 40 hours a week gets you time-and-a-half - that's $30/hour.
Waste Connections is hiring CDL Drivers at our Leesville hauling site. In this role, you'll operate a garbage truck to safely and efficiently service commercial and/or residential routes. We're looking for someone who puts safety first and takes pride in doing the job right.

What You'll Do:
- Operate a garbage truck on assigned routes
- Collect waste or recycling from local businesses or homes
- Work in all weather conditions
- Deliver dependable service with a safety-first mindset
- Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays
- Start time: 4:45 a.m., 10-11 hour days, 50-55 hours a week
- $20/hour starting pay, weekly pay
- A Class A or B CDL
- 2+ year of CDL driving experience
- A clean driving record and strong safety awareness
- Solid customer service skills and a team-player mindset
