Tig Welder

We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team for a Monday through Friday schedule from 7am to 3:30pm. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work additional hours and some weekends due to high demand. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience.

• Perform TIG welding on roofing drainage systems.
• Collaborate with onsite assemblers who complete pre-weld preparations.
• Ensure all welding work meets the required specifications and quality standards.

• Proficient in TIG welding and aluminum welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• At least 1 year of TIG welding experience.

• Strong emphasis on attendance and safety.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills.

This position is based in a manufacturing company within the welding/assembly department. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, with some weekend work required due to high demand.

This is a Contract position based out of Agawam, MA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
