Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test plans, procedures, and experiments to evaluate system performance, efficiency, and reliability under various operating conditions.
• Analyze and compare test data to simulations to identify trends, root causes of deviations, and opportunities for design improvement.
• Maintain detailed test records and data summaries for internal use, certification, and design feedback.
• Support the design and optimization of refrigeration systems including heat pumps, air conditioners, and dehumidifiers.
• Contribute to the selection of appropriate refrigeration components based on performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct simulations and performance analyses using engineering software tools.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in refrigeration system design and/or lab testing.
• Experience establishing and managing lab infrastructure and test environments.
• Solid understanding of refrigeration cycle fundamentals, system dynamics, and thermodynamic performance.
• Proficiency in simulation and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, MATLAB, LabVIEW, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation, sensors, and automated test environments.
• Strong hands-on mechanical skills and a detail-oriented mindset for testing and troubleshooting complex systems.
