Analytical Scientist – LC-MS Sample Prep & Method Development

Are you passionate about analytical science and ready to make an impact in a collaborative, fast-paced lab environment? We’re looking for an Analytical Scientist with hands-on experience in LC-MS sample preparation and method development to join our innovative team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform complex biological sample preparation for LC-MS analysis, including multi-step isolation, purification, and concentration of analytes.
• Operate and maintain a variety of laboratory instrumentation with precision and care.
• Design and execute analytical experiments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and optimize LC-MS methods to support research and development goals.
• Analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate experimental results to team members.
• Maintain meticulous records in electronic lab notebooks and contribute to high-quality data reporting.

• Solid experience in mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and biochemistry-based sample prep techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Excellent organizational, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with experimental design and scientific documentation best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in mass spectrometry, LC-MS, and biochemistry.
• Experience with analytical method development and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of laboratory best practices in chemistry, biology, and analytics.

Experience Level
