Job Title: Mechanic

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform both minor and major repairs on trucks and buses.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance (inspections, tire rotations, oil changes).
  • Keep shop inventory organized and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Work closely with teammates to diagnose issues and plan effective repairs.
  • Run regular diagnostic tests to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
  • Document all repairs and maintenance with accuracy.

Essential Skills

  • Hands-on experience in diesel mechanics, heavy equipment repair, or automotive diagnostics.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, transmissions, and engine work.
  • 1–3 years of experience working on cars, buses, or trucks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CDL License (a plus, not required).
  • Cummins Engine experience.
  • Ability to obtain a SIDA Badge for airport work.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
