Job Description
We are seeking to hire multiple experienced operators for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. Ideal candidates will have experience in machine operation, setting up machinery, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance. A comprehensive training program is provided, requiring new hires to train on the 1st shift before transitioning to their designated shift. Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and perform final inspections on products.
- Adjust machinery to modify heights, speeds, and feeds.
- Work from drawings and blueprints.
- Obtain raw materials prior to commencing job duties.
- Organize products into correct areas.
- Experience in machine operation or higher-level assembly.
- Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Proficiency in working from blueprints or drawings.
- Experience in a fabrication shop or the automotive industry is beneficial.
- Candidates from companies like Lennox or Stanley Black & Decker tend to perform well.

Work Environment
Our large manufacturing floor is well-lit, climate-controlled, and requires steel-toed shoes. Work shifts are structured as follows: Training occurs from 6am to 2:30pm, the 2nd shift is from 2pm to 10:30pm with a shift differential, and the 3rd shift is from 10pm to 6:30am with a higher shift differential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicopee, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.29 - $24.29/hr.
