Responsibilities:

• Detailed Surveys: Conduct comprehensive land and site surveys using advanced surveying equipment.
• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to create precise maps, plans, and reports that guide construction activities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all surveying activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the surveying process.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of survey data, including measurements, calculations, and field notes.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g., GPS, Total Stations, AutoCAD)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience working with a site contractor or surveying company
