Location: Everett, MA (Hybrid - 1x Per-Week On-Site)
Contract: 11 Months

- Financial Communication: Experience integrating fiscal concepts into training for non-financial users
Required Skills
- Adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
- Deliver training both in-person and virtually
- Work effectively with diverse populations, including non-native English speakers
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Understanding of budgeting, financial workflows, and payment processing
Nice to Have
- Experience with public benefits systems or education-related programs
- Proficiency in Articulate or similar e-learning tools
- Content management systems (CMS) experience
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile environments
- Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach on Agile principles
