Key Responsibilities
- Perform pipetting, sample preparation, and media preparation with precision and accuracy.
- Assist in filling and packaging of products, including operation of automated instruments.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all products to maintain compliance and traceability.
- Collaborate with Scientists and Technicians to execute routine laboratory tasks and equipment maintenance.
- Support cleaning, sterilization, and upkeep of reusable materials and instruments.
- Conduct inventory checks on packaging materials and replacement parts.
- Learn and apply safe handling and disposal procedures for acids, bases, and biohazardous materials.
- Maintain accurate production records, maintenance logs, and environmental monitoring data.
- Adhere to GMP standards and site safety programs, promptly reporting any hazards.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Perform cross-functional tasks as needed to support a small, collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- Pipetting, sample preparation, media preparation
- Knowledge of GMP principles
- Basic understanding of biology and buffer preparation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous laboratory or GMP manufacturing experience preferred not required
- Background in biotechnology or a related scientific field
- Ability to follow SOPs and detailed procedures

Entry Level – Ideal for candidates eager to grow in a regulated biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
