Job Title: Box Truck Driver
Job Description
This position entails 80% delivery driving of large materials, window, and door supplies to locations south of Boston MA, extending to the coast of MA. The role primarily involves driving but also includes 20% warehouse work, such as loading your own truck, organizing materials, ensuring order accuracy, and handling supplies. This job also requires interaction with clients, ensuring that deliveries to homes and construction sites are conducted respectfully and courteously.
Responsibilities
- Deliver large materials, window, and door supplies to specified locations.
- Drive box trucks for 80% of the workday.
- Perform warehouse duties, including loading trucks and organizing materials.
- Ensure orders are correct and handle materials efficiently.
- Interact with clients at delivery sites with professionalism and respect.
Essential Skills
- 1+ year of box truck driving or delivery driving experience.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Reliability and dependability in completing tasks.
- DOT certification.
- Excellent customer service skills and a respectful demeanor.
- Clean driving record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift operation skills.
- Experience in loading and unloading trucks.
- Knowledge of delivery routes and package handling.
- CDL certification is a plus.

Work Environment
The work environment includes both warehouse and road settings across various locations and weather conditions. The hours are Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3 PM, with occasional extensions to 4 PM if necessary.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Holliston, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
