Estamos buscando un jugador de equipo orientado a los detalles para unirse a nuestro equipo de producción floral. En este rol, ayudará a preparar y ensamblar hermosas combinaciones de flores que cumplan con nuestros estándares de calidad. Usted pasará las flores por una línea de ensamblaje y ayudará a armar ramos de flores.

Lo que hará:

• Colocar cuidadosamente las flores en la línea de producción mientras están secas.
• Pasar las flores por máquinas cortadoras de tallos para obtener la longitud correcta.
• Trabajar en equipo para pasar las flores cortadas por el empaque.
• Ensamblar ramos de flores.
• Seguir instrucciones para volumen y precisión en los pedidos.
• Mantener su área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
• Realizar conteos básicos y operaciones matemáticas para rastrear pedidos.
• Verificar visualmente la calidad y precisión de las flores y los ramos.

Requisitos físicos:

• Permanecer de pie y caminar por períodos prolongados (5–8 horas por turno).
• Trabajar en un almacén refrigerado (34°F–55°F).
• Levantar, cargar, empujar o jalar artículos que pesen 15 libras o más.
• Inclinarse, alcanzar, agarrar y realizar movimientos repetitivos durante el turno.

Habilidades y requisitos adicionales:

• Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar bien en equipo.
• DEBE ser bilingüe.
• Habilidades básicas de matemáticas y conteo.
• Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
• Confiabilidad y disposición para trabajar en un ambiente frío.

Turno: 1er turno 4 a.m. o 5 a.m. (puede variar día a día) - 12 p.m./1 p.m.

Pago: $16/hora

Oportunidad de horas extra disponible durante el aumento de producción.

This is a Contract position based out of Hyde Park, MA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hyde Park,MA.
