As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for picking orders, delivering materials throughout production, and efficiently staging the production floor.
Responsibilities- Locate material in the computer system.
- Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Pick material from the shelves using reach and cherry picker equipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues with inventory to maintain efficient operations.
- Ensure incoming material is not damaged by conducting visual inspections of boxes.
- Experience with forklift, reach truck, and stand-up forklift operations.
- Proficiency in material handling and order picking.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and cycle counts.
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Experience with ERP and digital inventory systems is a plus.

Work EnvironmentJoin our team in a dynamic work environment with various shift options available: day shift (8am-5pm, Monday to Friday), rotating day shift (3-2-2-3, 8am-8pm), and night shift (3-2-2-3, 8pm-8am).
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leominster, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $23.00/hr.
