Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision to assigned case managers, overseeing a team of a team of case managers.
  • Coordinate all services to meet the ongoing needs of clients through case management.
  • Manage day-to-day functions of the office.
  • Monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports for compliance with state regulations.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings.
  • Develop policies and procedures.
  • Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
  • Interact with agencies in the state of MA weekly in order to ensure proper referral entry.
  • Provide expertise in healthcare and case management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Human Service preferred, Master's degree in any social science/healthcare administration accepted.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience working in a supervisory role.
  • Previous experience working in a case management role.
Compensation:$70000
