What You’ll Do

• Greet, room, and prepare patients with warmth and professionalism

• Assist providers with patient flow and administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly

• Schedule appointments, handle documentation, and support a seamless patient experience

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑prepared clinical environment each day

What We’re Looking For

• Prior Medical Assistant experience (externships welcome!)

• MA Diploma required — CMA/RMA certifications are a plus

• Dermatology experience is great, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person

• Compassion, professionalism, and a strong desire to grow within the field

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northampton, MA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.50/hr.
