Your Day-to-Day:

• Interpret and apply all construction drawings, contract documents, and quality standards.
• Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all drawings, submittals, and specifications.
• Possess working knowledge of SCADA systems and fiber optic technologies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in electrical and fiber testing methods, including TTR, VLF, OTDR, Fall of Potential, VOCs, and others.
• Coordinate effectively with EPC partners, subcontractors, NEER/FPL operations teams, and other on-site personnel.
• Provide consistent daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, quality assurance, and safety performance.
• Utilize Unifier software to document and upload quality control photos of electrical installations.
• Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process in collaboration with EPC and site engineering teams.
• Conduct inspections to verify proper installation of equipment in accordance with project scope and specifications.
• Review and validate project completion documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with safety, engineering, and quality control representatives to ensure compliance and coordination.
• Support field commissioning activities and facilitate system turnover.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with EPC teams and other stakeholders on site.
• Champion a safety-first culture across all project activities.
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• 5+ years of Electrical Supervising Experience
• High School Graduate or Equivalent
