💼 What You’ll Do:

• Be a frontline hero—conduct risk assessments and provide crisis intervention when it matters most.
• Deliver in-home therapy and support to children, teens, and families.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that foster healing and growth.
• Offer family counseling and wraparound support services.
• Collaborate on case and care management to ensure holistic, client-centered care.

🧠 What You Bring:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related human services field.
• License-eligible (LCSW or LMHC) or already licensed? Even better!
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a desire to grow in a supportive environment.
• Experience in crisis management or case management is a plus—but not required.
