Job Title: Clinician

Job Description

Provide a full continuum of therapeutic and clinical services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings throughout Berkshire County. Services include risk assessment, crisis intervention, in-home therapy, family support, and individual and group psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and crisis interventions.
• Provide in-home therapy and family support services.
• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
• Manage case and care management responsibilities.
• Offer outpatient services focused on behavioral health and addiction.

Essential Skills

• Eligibility for licensure in Social Work (LCSW) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC).
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or other human-services concentration.
• Proficiency in case management, care management, and healthcare.
• Crisis management experience.
• Open to entry-level candidates.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient settings is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Environment

Work in an outpatient clinic setting with a focus on children and adults dealing with behavioral health and addiction. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. Enjoy a supportive work environment offering 7 weeks of PTO and full benefits.
