Entry‑Level Production Worker / Etch Technician

Pay: $19.60/hr

Shift: 1st/2nd/3rd

Overview

Join our manufacturing team producing high‑precision components used in medical, aerospace, and electronics industries. This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role in a fast‑paced production environment with strong growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Operate manual and conveyor wet chemical etching equipment
• Follow traveler notes and processing instructions
• Measure panels using micrometers, gauges, and inspection tools
• Document measurements and process data
• Run panels through wet chemical tanks with proper alignment
• Cross‑train to support plating operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform basic preventive maintenance (belts, pumps, filters)
• Meet daily production goals with minimal supervision
• Report equipment or material issues to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of manufacturing, etching, or plating experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hand‑tool skills
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Ability to multitask and document work accurately
• Team‑oriented with a strong safety mindset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MA.

The pay range for this position is $19.60 - $19.60/hr.
