Job Title: Client Coordinator

Location: Hybrid – Quincy, MA

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire


Shift Details:

Sunday- Wednesday or Wednesday -Saturday, They will always be 4 on 3 off.

Hybrid role: onsite days are Tuesday - Thursday

Shifts: Candidates need to be flexible because they will be assigned based on need after mentorship period.

The earliest shift start is 7 am and latest end is 8 pm.


Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Coordinator to deliver world-class service to ultra high-net-worth clientele in the private aviation industry. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer experience, creative problem-solving, and career growth in a fast-paced, luxury service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch service via phone, email, and text
  • Coordinate flight logistics including itinerary input, catering, and ground transportation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Flight Planning, Flight Management)
  • Resolve client issues with ownership and creativity
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and senior management
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support additional projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently
  • Proven ability to manage high-pressure, cross-functional client issues
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 2+ years of customer service or call centre experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability to change
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
