Job Title: Client Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – Quincy, MA
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift Details:
Sunday- Wednesday or Wednesday -Saturday, They will always be 4 on 3 off.
Hybrid role: onsite days are Tuesday - Thursday
Shifts: Candidates need to be flexible because they will be assigned based on need after mentorship period.
The earliest shift start is 7 am and latest end is 8 pm.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Coordinator to deliver world-class service to ultra high-net-worth clientele in the private aviation industry. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer experience, creative problem-solving, and career growth in a fast-paced, luxury service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch service via phone, email, and text
- Coordinate flight logistics including itinerary input, catering, and ground transportation
- Collaborate with internal teams (Flight Planning, Flight Management)
- Resolve client issues with ownership and creativity
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and senior management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support additional projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure, cross-functional client issues
- Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 2+ years of customer service or call centre experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability to change
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
