Seeking talented Project Architects!

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect with over ten years of experience in the architecture field. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Revit and AutoCAD and have extensive experience with construction documents through construction administration. Experience with multi-use projects is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee architectural designs from schematic design to completion.
• Prepare and manage construction documents through construction administration.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project success.
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for design and documentation purposes.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the architecture field.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in construction documents through construction administration.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Experience with multi-use projects.

Work Environment

This role is based in a small office located in Quincy, MA, providing a close-knit and collaborative atmosphere. The position primarily requires working in the office, with the flexibility of a couple of remote workdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, MA.

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
