  • Proficiency in designing and simulating digital, analog, and RF circuits.
  • Experience with SPICE, PowerSI, PowerDC, ANSYS SiWave, and HFSS.
  • Strong knowledge of circuit operations, routing techniques, signal & power integrity optimization, and DFM rules.
  • Ability to apply PCB manufacturing rules, DRCs, and material selection.
  • Proficiency in measurement techniques and lab equipment use, including multimeters, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply new concepts and technologies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline with twelve or more years of experience.
  • Master's degree with ten or more years of experience.
  • PhD with seven or more years of experience.
  • Equivalent engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Strong documentation skills.
Work Environment

This position is based in a fast-paced R&D environment where electromagnetic systems and electric power generation systems are designed and manufactured. The expanding portfolio includes specialized products and integrated system solutions for defense, industrial, and commercial customers worldwide. The role offers great benefits, including a pension.
