Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The warehouse associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production floor by picking orders, delivering materials, and staging the production area.

Responsibilities

• Locate material in the computer system.
• Conduct cycle counts.
• Pick material from the shelves using reach and cherry pickers.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues.
• Ensure incoming material is not damaged by conducting visual inspections of boxes.

Essential Skills

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ERP and digital inventory systems is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Boylston, MA.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $23.00/hr.
