Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Coordinator to support our daily business operations and ensure seamless coordination between departments and customer accounts. This role is essential in delivering high-quality service and timely responses to client needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Recruitment, Scientific Operations, Business Development, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage customer quotes in collaboration with Business Development Executives.
Process and submit orders using SAP (ERP) and internal MBS systems.
Manage the full sales cycle using Salesforce Service Cloud.
Coordinate with Operations to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.
Serve as a liaison between Sales and Operations, following up on orders and updates.
Participate in team calls and cross-functional meetings.
Handle master data tickets, order acknowledgments, and purchase orders.
Track and follow up on open purchase order balances.
Triage customer and distributor calls, creating and assigning Service Cloud cases.
Manage customer requests and issues for an assigned region; provide backup support for other regions.
Generate donor and inventory reports to support customer-specific needs.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Conduct outbound communications to support sales activities.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting sales or client service teams.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software tools.
Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
