Licensed Plumber

We are seeking a Massachusetts-licensed plumber to join our team as an Installation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both residential and commercial plumbing installations, with a particular focus on fast-paced, code-driven environments such as restaurants and schools.

• Perform installation of plumbing systems for new construction and renovation projects in homes, restaurants, and schools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Install water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and equipment according to state and local codes.
• Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot installation-related issues and provide solutions that meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts plumbing codes and company safety protocols.

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
• 3+ years of plumbing installation experience in residential and/or commercial settings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, especially for food-service and educational facilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage installation tasks from start to finish.
• Comfort working on ladders, lifts, and in tight spaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with construction, plumbing, and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with OSHA 10 standards and the use of hand and power tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worcester, MA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
