Test And Evaluation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Evaluation Engineer to lead the analysis, evaluation, and performance verifications of hardware and software systems under test. This role involves supporting the development of test plans, procedures, and documentation, as well as leading formal systems acceptance testing activities. The position requires presenting test strategies and results to both internal and external customers and integrating systems to the software/hardware level.

• Lead analysis, evaluation, and performance verifications of hardware and software systems.
• Support the development of test plans, test procedures, and requirements traceability matrices.
• Lead formal systems acceptance testing activities.
• Present test strategies, plans, and results to internal and external customers.
• Produce comprehensive test documentation.
• Conduct software/hardware testing and test environment development.
• Perform fault analysis and integrate and test systems to the software/hardware level.
• Document testing issues and failures and analyze test results.
• Evaluate new technologies and assess their maturity for implementation.
• Sustain and maintain test environments for fielded systems.
• Coordinate support across multiple PEOs and PMs.

• 10+ years of test experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with RF Theory, SIGINT/EW Systems.
• Proficiency in Requirements Analysis and Verification, Test & Evaluation.
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.

• Experience with DoD5000 processes.

The position is based at a local office a couple of miles off base at APG in Aberdeen, with work primarily on-site at the customer building on-base. A hybrid remote schedule allows for 1-2 days remote per week unless on-site meetings are required. Occasional travel to different sites, such as NOVA, South, or Midwest, may be necessary. The role supports the Electronic Warfare and Cyber (EW&C) Program.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aberdeen, MD.

The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $86.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Aberdeen,MD.
