Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee a $2M interior renovation project at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. This project involves mechanical, electrical, and general construction aspects. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations, review the scope of work, uphold quality standards, and communicate project progress in meetings. You will be responsible for supervising multiple subcontractors on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the renovation project.

Essential Skills

• Experience in quality control management.
• QCM certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience in construction management.
• High communication skills.
• Ability to oversee and manage multiple subcontractors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in large commercial construction.
• 3-4 years of experience in federal construction projects preferred.
• Clean record is a must.
• US citizenship required.

Work Environment

The work will be performed on-site at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. You will work alongside a project manager, superintendent, and site safety officer. The company is well-established, focusing strictly on federal contracts, with projects across local bases in the DMV area
