Job Description:

We’re hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber to support HVAC and plumbing installations on a major commercial fit‑out project in Baltimore. This is a prevailing‑wage job paying up to $54/hour, with strong long‑term growth potential. This mechanical sub-contractor also has other projects right now paying up to $40/hour around the Baltimore, MD area. Contractors MUST HAVE an active MD Journeyman License to be on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain commercial Plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Underground and overhead rough-in of Copper and PVC pipe.
• Sheet metal/duct work as needed.
• Domestic water lines and gas work.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
