We are seeking a Project Architect proficient in Revit for design documentation and coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of design, from concept through construction administration, and will coordinate effectively with project teams, clients, and consultants to ensure project success. Knowledge of codes, regulatory processes, and construction administration practices is essential, with Mission Critical project experience being a strong plus.
Responsibilities- Utilize Revit to produce design documentation and ensure coordination across all phases of design.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with codes and regulatory processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage construction administration practices effectively.
- Lead design efforts and provide discipline coordination.
- Engage in schematic design and development of construction drawings.
- Proficiency in Revit and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for design and construction.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with construction administration and project management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is desirable.
- Mission Critical project experience is a strong plus.
The position requires working 5 days a week in the office, specializing in Mission Critical Projects. The company offers a collaborative international environment with offices in Baltimore, Maryland, Boston, Massachusetts, Raleigh, North Carolina, and Dallas, Texas. Employees have the opportunity to gain stock in the company once promoted to the Associate level. Bonuses are awarded annually based on company performance, which have ranged from 4-8% in previous years, contingent on a full year of employment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
