TekSystems is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant role in the Baltimore area.
MUST HAVE: 2-5 or more years of experience and fully functional administrative experience.
Description
Will provide administrative support to various departments. They will screen and prioritize communication from external and internal sources, maintain confidential and privileged information, construct and disseminate organizational communications, serve as a liaison with services for operational/site needs and requirements of EDEC, and organize and maintain the administrative operations for leadership.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must have 2-5+ years of experience
Must have strong skills in ALL Microsoft products & standard systems used in industry
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to multi-task in busy environment
