Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist responsible for transitioning paper personnel files to electronic form, ensuring employee records comply with legal and company standards. This role involves digitizing and organizing documents such as contracts, ID proofs, and certifications, as well as entering and updating data in HR software systems.
Responsibilities
- Transition paper personnel files to electronic form.
- Ensure employee records comply with legal and company standards.
- Digitize and organize documents such as contracts, ID proofs, and certifications.
- Enter and update data in HR software systems.
- Run reports and verify data accuracy.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Strong clerical and administrative support skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent computer skills.
- 1-2 years of data entry experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
Work Environment
This position requires working on-site five days a week from 8 am to 5 pm.
