Technician – Construction Labor Support
Location: Frederick, MD

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Technician to support day‑to‑day operations at an active construction site for a data center. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Wash vehicle tires to ensure compliance with site cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitor and guard designated areas of the construction site to support security efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a similar hands‑on role.
- Ability to perform cleaning and site‑maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Strong awareness of safety protocols on active job sites.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Work Environment
You will work onsite at a data center construction project in Frederick, MD. This is a physically active role requiring time outdoors and the flexibility to adjust to varying start times based on project needs.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Frederick, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
