Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator and Material Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring quality in a dynamic and physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual machines to cut landscape blocking.
• Load and unload products into the machine.
• Perform quality checks on items.
• Operate forklifts as needed to move pallets.
• Load customer vehicles and move products around the yard.
• Physically lift and stack blocks, with the ability to lift 50-100 lbs.

Essential Skills

• General production and material handling experience.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual labor.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled, dusty environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with forklifts is advantageous but not required.
• Previous masonry or block experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and concrete.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hagerstown, MD.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
