We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Management professional to join our growing partnership team. The successful candidate will work with premiere Employer Consortium members, including leading Fortune 100/500 companies, to support their hiring efforts via our platform. This position focuses on customer retention and facilitating successful hiring within the assigned portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities- On-board new employers in the assigned portfolio, including conducting live site demos and updating on-boarding guides and documentation as needed.
- Act as a consultant to inform clients about the labor landscape and assist them in developing effective sourcing strategies.
- Facilitate interviews with members based on client requests.
- Manage client expectations regarding hiring timelines and ensure execution within agreed timelines.
- Meet with employers and hiring managers to fully understand their roles, qualifying the hiring process, and comprehending knowledge, skills, and ability requirements.
- Advise and consult with employers on the recruiting process, feasibility of hires in geographic locations, as well as opportunities and challenges.
- Provide data and insights on job postings as requested by employers.
- Conduct monthly data and insights meetings with every employer in the assigned portfolio, translating that information into actionable items.
- Send targeted outreach to graduates in select geographies and certificate programs via email campaigns.
- Connect with internal and external NPO partners for support on hiring efforts, developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Create documentation like FAQs to better support customers across all portfolios.
- Document standard operating procedures to onboard additional customer success managers as the team grows.
- Advise members and candidates on career pathing and skill/resume development.
- Ensure employer and candidate activities are accurately tracked in the appropriate system.
- Assist in various department and company-wide projects, including employer surveys, department audits, diversity projects, job enrichment/education, and department research/metrics.

- Minimum of 3+ years IT recruiting/search firm experience
- Minimum 3+ years working with Fortune 100/500 companies in an account management or recruiting role
- MS Office experience
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, but not required)
- Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Track record of executing both entry and mid-level hires
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and a portfolio of clients with a sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Strong moral compass with the ability to tactfully deliver negative information when necessary
- Ability to use independent judgment and make decisions requiring creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Hanover, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.40 - $41.35/hr.
