Job Title: Inventory Control Analyst
Job Description
The Inventory Control Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting activities, analysis, and actions to determine and maintain appropriate inventory levels necessary to fulfill aftermarket sales of spare parts and emergent customer needs. This position involves monitoring consumption, usage demands, and inbound requisitions to ensure product availability, minimize inventory, and support on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to Aftermarket Support operations, including collaboration with external partners.
- Work with procurement and fulfillment staff to ensure forecasting, ordering, and stocking efforts meet routine or urgent customer demand and inventory targets.
- Report on inventory and delivery metrics, establish and maintain a comprehensive material status, and identify and resolve shortages.
- Confirm daily warehouse WM system transactions match with Inventory Control Balance.
- Coordinate internal inventory communications and movements with various departments effectively.
- Assist in root cause analysis on inventory and on-time delivery misses.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, develop department databases, and reporting dashboards to provide visibility to inventory and OTD issues, and maintain historical data.
- Support status briefs for management and work on special issues, projects, or presentations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience required.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite.
- Knowledge of business processes.
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is desired.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and teleconferences and achieve results with minimal guidance.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives.
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple events, problems, or projects.
- Open to changing processes and goals.
Work Environment
The work environment involves a large manufacturer of Thrust Reversers and various Aerospace parts for the Aerospace/Aviation industry. The company's customers include major industry players such as Boeing and Airbus.
Compensation:$36.06
