Warehouse Worker - 2nd And 3rd Shift

Picker/Packer - 22.50/hr

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory, packing and labeling shipments, and preparing orders for delivery to healthcare providers nationwide. This is a hands-on position that does not require forklifts or heavy equipment—all tasks are performed manually using carts and RF scanners.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.
• Pack, label, and prepare shipments for timely delivery.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use RF scanners to track and confirm product selections.
• Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work at a fast yet careful pace to meet productivity and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred (training provided).
• Familiarity with RF scanners and basic warehouse processes is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perryville, MD.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
