Commercial Service Representative
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
$22/hr. PLUS commission
Job Description: The Commercial Service Representative provides one-stop service and solutions to new and existing customers by determining service requests, resolving service issues, creating solutions, and closing the sale ensuring a first-class transaction. The ideal candidate will engage with customers to assess their support needs and provide suitable products and services. This role involves maintaining customer and sales information in CRM and Case Management systems, troubleshooting issues, tracking sales activities, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Assess customer needs and provide appropriate products and services while promoting new or alternative options.
- CRM Management: Create and maintain customer and sales information to troubleshoot issues and track sales activities.
- Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries from the Customer Care Center (CCC) for small commercial dumpster and temporary Roll-Off inquiries. Ensure timely delivery of products and services and connect customers with the divisional sales team for follow-up.
- Sales Opportunities: Solicit sales opportunities from customer inquiries, develop a sales pipeline, and allocate prospects to Outside Sales Representatives (OSR). Aim to increase monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Service Agreements: Manage service agreements, contract dates, and pricing changes at the divisional level.
- Customer Retention: Develop and deploy Welcome packets for new customers and Stay packets for existing customers to enhance business retention.
- Follow-up and Sales Content: Organize follow-up meetings and create customized sales content to assist OSRs in closing sales.
- Analytical Reports: Develop reports to track inventory, customer utilization, service fulfillment, and billing discrepancies. Use these reports to manage business needs, generate sales opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze data to identify new business and retention opportunities.
- Training: Participate in training to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales, and services.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Proven track record in sales and customer retention.
