Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel components per detailed specifications and drawings
• Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and company requirements
• Safely set up and operate welding equipment and tools
• Read and interpret shop drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with fellow welders and production staff to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all plant safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Experience in stainless steel fabrication and welding
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of shop safety procedures and proper use of PPE
• Proficient in basic shop math (whole numbers and fractions)
• Accurate use of a tape measure to within 1/16 inch

This is a Permanent position based out of Westminster, MD 21157.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $56160.00/yr.
