💼 What You’ll Do
As a Digital Content Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns. You’ll ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communications across multiple audiences.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact between internal teams, agencies, and the CRM production team.
- Managing campaign timelines, deliverables, risks, and resources.
- Preparing and submitting use cases and supporting documentation.
- Coordinating creative downloads and updating content briefs.
- Overseeing creative routing, proofing, and finalizing HTML for translation.
- Conducting thorough QA of multilingual emails across markets.
- Educating stakeholders on CRM platform capabilities.
- Tracking campaign progress and adjusting estimates as needed.
- Providing final creative assets to stakeholders.
- Offering on-call support for end-of-month and urgent communications.
- Serving as backup for the email coordinator.
✅ What You Bring
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in communications or digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and campaign execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
