Job Title: Welder
Job Description
We are seeking skilled welders experienced in MIG and/or TIG welding on aluminum and steel components for commercial vehicle upfitting. The ideal candidates will be able to follow design prints, meet quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG/TIG welding operations on steel and aluminum using MIG welding machines.
- Grind excess weld material to achieve required finish quality.
- Pass welding test to AWI standards for 3/8" plate and thinner materials.
Shift
2nd shift (2pm-10pm) with occasional overtime as needed.
Pay Rate
- $21/hr (pay increase after probation period)
Essential Skills
- 2 years of experience in MIG and/or TIG welding.
- Experience welding on aluminum and steel.
- Familiarity with measuring tools.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Adrian, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
