Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician in an aluminum extrusion environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our plant through preventive, reactive, and facilities maintenance. Your role will involve working with aluminum extrusion machines, CNCs, brake presses, lasers, and powder coating machines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily passover meetings to align with team objectives.
• Perform reactive maintenance to keep production running efficiently.
• Repair and maintain extrusion machines, including 3-phase 480v motors, servo and AC/DC motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, extruders, VFDs, and gear boxes.
• Conduct preventive maintenance such as greasing bearings and tightening bolts.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and other electrical components.
• Utilize experience with die casting machines or plastic injection molding presses.

• Welding skills

• Previous experience with extrusion processes

This is a Permanent position based out of Cassopolis, MI.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
