About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Electricians with strong troubleshooting skills. Applicants must hold a current State of Michigan journeyman or master electrician license. Must have excellent communication & documentation skills and be able to work alone or in a group setting.

We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Electricians with strong troubleshooting skills. Applicants must hold a current State of Michigan journeyman or master electrician license. Must have excellent communication & documentation skills and be able to work alone or in a group setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical equipment up to 5000 volts
- Ability to plan work, understand drawings, schematics, and instruction manuals.
- Install, program, troubleshoot PLC's & touch screens for Allen Bradley/Rockwell & GE products.
- Install, program, troubleshoot VFDs (ABB, Allen Bradley PowerFlex)
- Maintain and repair mechanical/electrical drives and automation instrumentation
- Troubleshoot & repair three phase motors & motor controls up to 1500Hp.
- Understand / Participate in a multi-craft approach including motor couplings, belts, sheaves, guards, rigging, laser alignment, welding, etc.
- Perform all facilities maintenance including lighting & fire alarm / fire suppression systems
- Understand OSHA guidelines for PPE, Lockout & NFPA70E safe electrical work practices. Understand & adhere to NEC requirements for new installations
- Mentor apprentices as assigned.
